The order taking app has to be installed in the order taking device such as the smartphone or tablet. Once the app is installed,

Step 1 – For new users, Masters will be downloaded automatically. For existing users, to sync new information with the app you need to first click on the Download button to sync with Masters.

Step 2 – Select the Order taking button.

Step 3 – Choose sale type in the POS window (Dine-in).

Step 4 – Select Hall and Table number.

Step 5 – Take order from the listed category and place the order.
